Does it defy logic? Or...am I missing something?

I came across a case study about a company, which was started by a man and a woman together (also husband & wife). But, later in the case, there was no mention about the guy. It was all about this woman. She took the company from strength to strength.

The thing that intrigued me was one fact about this particular company. It's a company run by women, for women (only women's products) and employed only women.

I had a doubt. If a man starts a company in the same manner; run by men, for men (only men's products) and employed only men (Ok, we are talking in a 20th-21st century context!), is there anything unusual here?

Wouldn't one (both men and women included) think that the company in latter case, is sexist? And in the former case, it's a part of women empowerment and not even think the other way?

Nothing for or against anything. No propaganda. Just a thought. Please do comment.
